We kicked off married life with an unforgettable time in Puerto Rico! Our adventure started in Old San Juan where we explored the historic Castillo San Felipe del Morro fort and wandered through the colorful streets.

The local food scene didn't disappoint - we stuffed ourselves with mofongo, fresh seafood, empanadas and way too many cane sugar coca-colas.

Scuba diving was definitely a highlight! We got up close with a sea turtle and swam alongside colorful local fish.

We spent a day hiking through El Yunque rainforest, followed by an epic zip-lining experience that sent us above and through the lush canopy with some breathtaking views.

One of our favorite experiences was kayaking through the bioluminescent bay at night. Watching the water light up with each paddle stroke was mind-blowing - God's creation is truly full of wonder!

Between adventures, we shopped the local markets and met some pretty dope locals who showed us the real Puerto Rico beyond the tourist spots and introduced to the best cheeseburgers on Earth.
