The wedding will take place at Trinity Hall (34 Race Street) in Charleston, South Carolina at 5pm. We reccommend arriving early as both traffic and parking are challenging at that time.
Can I bring my children?
We love children, and we love that so many of our friends and family have them now! With the exception of the bride and groom's nephews, our event will be for guests 18 and older.
Can I take pictures?
During the ceremony, we ask that guests are fully present and turn off phones. We have an amazing photographer and videographer who will capture these memories for us.
During the reception, guests may take any and all photos they would like. We just ask that guests are considerate of the photographer and videographer and the special moments they are capturing for us.
Will transportation be provided?
Unfortunatley, we are unable to provide transportion. Alcohol will be served and can be enjoyed by guests who are old enough. We ask that any guests who partake in consuming alcoholic beverages arrange safe and responsible transportation, such as utilizing Uber or Lyft.
Since the wedding is in downtown Charleston, parking is also limited. Carpooling or Uber and Lyft would be great options for this reason as well.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Our plan is to have an outdoor wedding and cocktail hour with an indoor reception. In case of inclement weather such as rain or cold winds, we will move the ceremony indoors as well.
What should I wear?
Cocktail Attire which includes suits or dress shirts and ties for men and cocktail dresses, LBD's, or dressy jumpsuits for women.
Loyd will being wearing his black felt hat with his tux, and you are welcome to wear yours as well!
What if we are not sure if we can attend?
We get it! Life is a lot sometimes, rodeo opportunities must be seized this time of year, and the cost of travel can be expensive. While we hope each and every one of you can make it, please know that if you can't, we completely understand and we will love you just the same! All it means is we'll have to find a way to celebrate together another time down the road! All we ask is that you kindly RSVP or let us know of any uncertainty. It'll help us plan accurately and prevent getting overcharged from our vendors.
